Building construction elevators (also known as external elevators, construction elevators, and wall-mounted elevators) are machines that use work cages (hanging cages) to move vertically (or tilt) along guide rails to transport people and materials. The structure of the elevator is to suspend the carrying ladder cage and the counterweight with a steel wire rope on a fixed pulley at the top of the column, and the column is rigidly connected with the building structure.
The cage is driven by electric power in the cage, and the cage moves vertically along the rail of the pillar by the reaction force of the fixed rack on the pillar. The columns are made into standard sections of a certain length, and the upper and lower sections can be interchanged. They can be assembled at the construction site according to the required height. Generally, it can be erected up to 100m and used for super high-rise buildings. The elevator can be installed at The electric boom on the top can also be assembled by using crane equipment such as a tower crane at the construction site. In addition, due to the symmetrical arrangement of the ladder cage and the balance weight, the overturning moment is very small, and the column is firmly connected to the building structure through the wall, so the force is reasonable and reliable.
The hoistway mold of the overall lifting elevator is seated on the bottom mold, and the bottom mold is supported by steel climbing beams or installing through-wall bolts in the hole of the next layer of the wall. When lifting the bottom mold, the clearance between the bottom mold and the periphery of the wellbore wall should be checked. After the bottom mold is in place, it must be tightened with wedges around the bottom mold according to the construction drawing to prevent small-scale horizontal displacement or shaking. And often check and clean the bottom mold to avoid the center of gravity of the bottom mold instability.
Install the elevator shaft. Elevator shaft relates to the technical field of building construction. The new model consists of an outer mold, an inner mold, and a wall bolt. The inner mold is composed of an inner template, a rotation angle module, a horizontal telescopic top rod group, a chassis, chassis legs, and an inner template bottom vertical adjuster group. Both the inner and the inner formwork are assembled with multiple shaped composite steel formwork by means of a round hook, and are formed by bolting through the wall.
